La transition agroécologique vécue par les viticulteurs de la cave coopérative de Buzet-sur-Baïse

Abstract : The cooperative cellar Nous, Les Vignerons de Buzet has been involved in agroecology for fifteen years. In 2020, a commitment has been taken to convert over 250 hectares to organic farming. Although the cellar of Buzet considers that this change in wine production is essential, it’s far from having unanimous support by the wine-growers. In order to understand the difficulties and the resistance to organic conversion, a qualitative and comprehensive action-based research has been carried out, trying to answer these questions: how do the winegrowers live the changes induced by the agroecological transition? Concerning the wine cooperators of Buzet, which are the brakes and levers to organic conversion?
